PVC-U SOIL, VENT & WASTE SYSTEM

The PVC pipes and fittings used in the drainage systems must conform to the sector standard which is established by the National Italian Committee for Standardisation (UNI); this conformity as per Art. 7 of Italian Law 46/90 must be certified by the mark issued by the Italian. Institute of Plastics (IIP).
With regard to this, we remember that REDI only guarantees the perfect operation of the PVC ME drainage system when all its parts (pipes and fittings) are their own production.

  • Resistance to decay: PVC is completely resistant to decay.
  • Biological resistance: The algae and bacteria present in the waste water do not have any effect on the PVC pipes.

POLYPROPYLENE SYSTEM AMAX® ULTRAMAX®

Three characteristics which make ULTRAMAX a unique product like the continuous development of REDI’s offer. The range includes the following diameters: Ø 32 – 40 – 50 – 75 – 90 – 110 – 125 – 160 in the version with single and double socket. The length range goes from 15 cm up to 3 ml.
White interior
ULTRAMAX presents a perfectly WHITE and uniform interior. This feature is particularly appreciated during video inspection. The technology used allows an extrusion flow of the extremely regular raw material which enables a perfect fusion among the layers which are realised with different colours but the same material.
Self-extinguishing B1
ULTRAMAX is completely self-extinguishing and matches Class B1 characteristics according to the DIN 4102 standard
Impact-resistant
The pipes are produced with multilayer technology but without any mineral material. The great elasticity of the pipe allows complete compression when under impact, without breaks, cracks or functional consequences, even at low temperatures. The impact resistance is tested directly in line, at regular intervals, for each production batch.
